We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, organized, curious, and excited to grow in the world of marketing.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, research, content, coordination, and day-to-day marketing work. You will be expected to own 2–3 marketing activities end-to-end, depending on your skills and business requirements. These may include social media activities, LinkedIn personal branding, backlinking, forum marketing, newsletters, blogs, or community-led marketing.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Social Media Manager, marketing interns, designers, video editors, writers, and other internal team members.

Please note that this is not a paid ads or performance marketing role.

What You’ll Do

- Execute assigned marketing activities across channels such as social media, LinkedIn, newsletters, forums, backlinking, blogs, and community platforms.
- Work on social media and LinkedIn personal branding activities, including content coordination, engagement, visibility, and audience-building.
- Create marketing content such as captions, post copies, hooks, short-form scripts, carousel content, newsletter inputs,



and basic content drafts.
- Research trends, competitors, audience conversations, content ideas, platform formats, backlinking opportunities, and forum discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly and on time.
- Track performance across assigned activities and prepare simple reports with key insights, learnings, and improvement ideas.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and organic content formats.
- Interest in content marketing, AI, startups, SEO, newsletters, and brand building.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned activities and execute them consistently.
- Ability to research, organize information, and work with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, and social media platforms.
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working remotely with a personal device and stable internet connection.

Bonus Points If You

- Understand basic SEO, AEO, backlinking, newsletters, YouTube, or community marketing.




- Have worked on LinkedIn personal branding or founder-led content.
- Have experience with forum marketing across platforms like Reddit, Quora, or niche communities.
- Can spot strong hooks, trends, and visual references quickly.
- Have used AI tools for content or marketing workflows.
- Are comfortable being on camera or contributing to video content.
- Have worked with startups, agencies, or content-led brands before.
