What the role is for

We market to travel agents, not travellers. Today nobody owns campaign execution — emailers, WhatsApp communities, event material and trade collateral all sit unassigned. This role picks that up and runs it day to day.

What you will do

— Build and send agent email campaigns, segmented by agent category and activity

— Run country-specific WhatsApp communities — content, posting schedule, promotions

— Coordinate for the design: brief, review, chase, publish

— Produce trade collateral for events and roadshows, and support at the events themselves

— Maintain the travel media and association contact database

— Report campaign results weekly — opens,

What we are looking for

— Writes clean, easy English; can produce copy that sounds like a person, not a brochure

— Working knowledge of Canva or similar, plus any email platform (Mailchimp, Zoho, Klaviyo)

— Organised and follows up without being chased — much of this job is chasing other people

— Comfortable with numbers; will be asked what a campaign delivered, not what it looked like

— Willing to travel for trade shows and roadshows

Good to have

— Any exposure to travel, hospitality or B2B marketing

— Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools
