Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Trefoil Pharmaceuticals P Ltd is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products, including developing and implementing promotional strategies tailored to healthcare professionals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting field initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and product acceptance.





The Marketing

Executive will also manage marketing campaigns, prepare marketing materials, participate in customer engagement activities, and provide regular performance reports to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to industry regulations and company standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, interpret, and use market and competitor insights.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship skills to support field teams and drive product uptake.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with basic office and presentation tools, and attention to detail are important.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel as required for field activities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
