Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will support day-to-day marketing activities, including planning and executing campaigns for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with sales teams, and assisting in promotional events and site activities.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market data, preparing marketing collaterals, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to digital and offline branding initiatives.



The role also involves regular interaction with prospective customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to improve lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on competitors, customers, and trends.
- Sales and Communication skills to engage prospects, support the sales team, and present project offerings clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
