About Team Shabnam

Team Shabnam is an interior design firm focused on creating thoughtfully designed, functional, and visually compelling spaces. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth.

Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and an understanding of social media, content marketing, lead generation, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and grow Team Shabnam's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Plan and coordinate social media campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, videos, project showcases, and promotional material.
- Work closely with the interior design team to showcase completed projects, design concepts, and company achievements.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and potential client acquisition channels.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with the sales/business development team for follow-ups.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, influencers, and other marketing partners when required.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports on leads, engagement, campaigns,



and conversions.
- Maintain consistency in Team Shabnam's brand identity and communication across all channels.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, client meetings, and other promotional activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within interior design, architecture, real estate, lifestyle, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative approach to content, campaigns, and brand promotion.
- Good understanding of lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and other marketing platforms is an advantage.

Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives The final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, previous work, and overall suitability for the role.
