What You'll Do

- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Create, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and defect reports.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform end-to-end testing across multiple browsers, devices, operating systems, and environments.
- Validate APIs, integrations, workflows, and business processes where required.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, release validation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure software meets functional requirements, usability standards, and quality benchmarks before production deployment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, testing methodologies, and release quality.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience testing web applications, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and defect management processes.




- Experience writing detailed test cases, executing test plans, and reporting defects.
- Hands-on experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of SQL for basic database validation and backend testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively within remote and distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Experience validating cloud-based applications hosted on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing concepts.
- Experience testing enterprise applications within domains such as banking, fintech, healthcare, retail, insurance, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern release management practices.
- Understanding of browser compatibility, responsive design, and cross-platform testing.
- Exposure to test metrics, quality reporting, and release readiness processes.
