Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Revenue Assurance activities and ensure revenue accuracy.
- Identify and prevent revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and financial losses.
- Perform regular revenue reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Monitor transactions, billing processes, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Develop and strengthen revenue controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams for resolution.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports on revenue performance and leakage.
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits related to revenue and financial controls.
- Drive automation and process improvements to improve revenue accuracy and operational efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

- B.Com / CMA qualification.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance or a closely related function.
- Robust experience in revenue reconciliation, leakage analysis, controls, and variance analysis.
- BFSI experience preferred.
- Good understanding of financial processes, accounting, and transaction flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with MIS/reporting tools is preferred.
