Job Title: AM/DM/Manager Refining Manager

Reports To: DGM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production of metal sponges (Precious metals sponge) from its respective ashes
2. To achieve 100% yield and 100% purity of all the sponges in every production batches
3. To troubleshoot the process and equipments of Refining Division
4. To maintain Refining Division with 100% productivity on daily basis
5. Allocate the tasks to the team on daily basis and get the work done by the team
6. To maintain 0% metal loss in the process on daily basis
7. Handover the produced metal sponges to the Strong Room on daily basis
8. To give report to the Management on daily basis and upraise the CEO if there are any bottlenecks

Operation and monitoring:

- Oversee and control the refining system's daily operations, including monitoring temperatures, and waste feed rates to ensure optimal performance.

Waste management:

- Manage the receipt, storage, treatment, and disposal of waste in line with legal and company requirements. This can involve operating vehicles and machinery like forklifts to move waste containers.

Maintenance:





- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on refining machineries and related equipment to ensure continued safe and efficient operation.

Safety and compliance:

- Strictly follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor emissions and ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Record-keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all operational activities, maintenance, and compliance checks as required.

Troubleshooting:

- Identify and resolve operational issues, using experience to troubleshoot problems that arise during the process.

Key skills & Competencies:

Technical skills:

- Knowledge of hazardous materials is essential. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems are crucial.

Safety skill:

- A solid emphasis on safety procedures and compliance is critical due to the hazardous nature of the work environment.

Soft skills:

- Teamwork, communication (for shift handovers), problem-solving, and strong attention to detail are highly important.

Education Qualifications:

- A bachelors or master degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

Experience:

- 2-3 years’ Experience in industrial process control systems is often necessary.
