Job Title: AM/DM/Manager Salt Preparation

Department: Homogeneous Salt preparation

Location: Medchal

Key Responsibilities:

R&D;:

- To execute all the R&D; activities of precious metal-based Salt preparation such as palladium chloride, etc., developments as per the instruction of Departmental Head

Production:

- Oversee all aspects of the salt manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, and ensure production targets are met.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all salt meet required specifications and standards.

Team Leadership:

- Manage, train, and motivate plant staff, including supervisors and operators, and delegate tasks effectively.

Safety:

- Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry-specific standards.

Technical Operations:

- Troubleshoot production issues, manage equipment maintenance,



and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield. Knowledge of salt property, operation of equipments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Salt preparation R&D; techniques and a strong understanding of salt chemistry, manufacturing processes, and related equipment, solid and powder salts properties.

Leadership Skills:

- Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Operational Skills:

- Deep knowledge of salt production operations, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Educational Qualifications:

- A Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or in a related field.

Experience:

- Extensive experience in salt manufacturing, with 3+ years of industrial experience.
