Are you someone who loves B2B sales, meeting business owners, building relationships, and closing deals?We’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join us and drive sales for our AI-powered business automation solutions.This is a target-driven, client-facing role with significant field-sales responsibility.

Salary - Rs.15000, 10% Commission on the closed deals

? What You’ll Do

- Identify and target B2B businesses across manufacturing, textiles, auto parts, bicycles, engineering, exports, logistics & more
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, email, referrals and networking
- Connect with business owners, founders, directors, CXOs and department heads
- Understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI & workflow automation
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare customized proposals and manage the complete sales cycle
- Drive follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Work closely with the technical/product team to deliver the right solution

What We’re Looking For✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development✅ Experience in SaaS, IT services, ERP, CRM, automation or technology sales is preferred✅ Industrial products, machinery, automation solutions or B2B services experience is also welcome✅ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills✅ Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers✅ Ability to independently generate leads and arrange meetings✅ Willingness to travel within Ludhiana for client meetings✅ Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills✅ Target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
