Network Infrastructure –

- Lead

Purpose Of Role

Lead & own the complete lifecycle management of the network infrastructure across ODCs, Data Centers, Customer Environments, and Internet connectivity. Responsible for architecture, deployment, operations, security, compliance (ISO 27001), capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology modernization.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Operations &
- Support: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure 24x7 availability of network services; lead incident, problem and change management; participate in Major Incident Management.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage Cisco switches (Catalyst, Nexus) &
- Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate), WAN/MPLS/Internet links, IPSec VPN, customer network segments, DC network.
- Security Management: Firewall policy governance, network segmentation, secure architecture design, vulnerability remediation, penetration test remediation, security hardening.
- Lifecycle Management: Device, firmware & software lifecycle planning (EOL/EOS), refresh & upgrade programs, asset lifecycle & tracking.
- Capacity &
- Performance:



Forecast network capacity, utilization analysis, bandwidth planning, performance optimization.
- Governance &
- Compliance Support: Audit support (ISO 27001), prepare compliance evidence, manage SOPs, define network standards.
- Vendor Management: Cisco &
- Fortinet OEM coordination, ISP/MPLS management, AMC & support contract governance.
- Reporting: Monthly OPR, Network KPI dashboard, network availability reporting, capacity & performance reports for executive management.

Required Experience &

- Skills

- 8–12 years in large scale enterprise networking with Cisco switching/routing and Fortinet firewall technologies.
- Demonstrated capability in WAN (MPLS), Internet edge architectures, IPSec/SSL VPN connectivity, and multivendor network integrations.
- Experience in ISO 27001 compliant environments and audit support.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills; experience leading an L2/L3 network team.

Preferred Certifications &

- Qualifications

- CCNP / CCIE (preferred)
- Fortinet NSE (levels 4–7)
- ITIL Foundation
