Koch is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure - LAN, Wireless &

- Identity Services to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise network services. This role will develop people and organizational capability, translate business priorities into focused execution, and ensure resources are directed toward the highest-value opportunities.

Our Team

You will lead a team of network engineers and technical specialists supporting LAN, wireless, and identity services across Koch businesses. The team partners closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, and business stakeholders to modernize infrastructure, strengthen service reliability, and improve customer experience.

What You Will Do

People Leadership &

- Capability Development

- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and technical specialists.
- Build an engaged, high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance management, career development, succession planning, and talent assessments.
- Ensure team members have opportunities to grow technical expertise, leadership capability, and business knowledge.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.
- Align individual strengths and comparative advantages to maximize value creation.

Strategy, Planning &

- Prioritization

- Partner with business, architecture, and technology leaders to establish priorities and align resources to the highest-value opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
- Balance delivery commitments, technical debt reduction, modernization efforts, and operational needs.




- Guide investment decisions based on business outcomes, risk reduction, and long-term value creation.
- Drive organizational alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

Technical Leadership &

- Engineering Excellence

- Provide technical guidance and leadership while empowering engineers to own design and implementation decisions.
- Support the adoption of modern networking, identity, automation, and security capabilities.
- Facilitate technical decision-making for complex initiatives, risks, and escalations.
- Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence throughout the team.

Operational Excellence &

- Service Reliability

- Establish transparent operational objectives, metrics, and accountability for service performance.
- Ensure effective management of incidents, problems, risks, lifecycle activities, and renewals across LAN, Wireless, and Identity Services to maintain service reliability and reduce operational risk.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
- Ensure sustainable operational practices that reduce risk and improve

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Experience leading and developing teams responsible for enterprise network engineering or infrastructure services.
- Experience supporting enterprise LAN, wireless, or network identity and access technologies, including Cisco-based environments.
- Experience managing priorities,



resources, risks, and delivery commitments in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience improving service reliability, operational performance, or customer outcomes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience influencing decisions and building alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership groups.

What Will Put You Ahead

- Experience with network automation, Infrastructure as Code, or infrastructure modernization.
- Experience with cloud-connected networking, AI-enabled network operations, Zero Trust, or identity and access management capabilities.
- Experience leading geographically distributed or global teams.
- Experience establishing service performance metrics and improving incident, problem, risk, or lifecycle management practices.
