Role Overview

We are looking for a sales professional to drive business development for our recruitment and executive search services across Gulf countries. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating recruitment mandates, on-boarding new companies, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new permanent recruitment business from Gulf countries, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Reach out to HR leaders, hiring managers,



and business decision-makers to introduce our recruitment and executive search services.
- Secure recruitment mandates and convert prospects into active clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.

Desired Profile

- 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or staffing sales.
- Experience working with Gulf clients is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Success Metrics

- Recent clients on-boarded.
- Recruitment mandates (requirements) generated.
- Revenue billed and collected.
- Client retention and repeat business.
