Experience: 5+ years post-CA

Qualification: CA – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, schedules, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Manage statutory reporting, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify accounting issues and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with Finance leadership.
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and financial reporting regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.





Required Skills & Experience

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting / Financial Accounting.
- Strong experience in Ind AS / IFRS and financial statement preparation.
- Experience handling month-end/year-end closing and statutory audits.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and financial controls.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in a large corporate, listed company, Big 4, or financial services organization is preferred.
