Role Description The Manager Exterior Landscape Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily exterior landscape operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities for gardens, lawns, green walls, and other outdoor features. The manager will supervise ground staff and contractors, ensure proper irrigation schedules, manage material and equipment usage, and uphold safety and quality standards across all sites.

Responsibilities include reviewing landscape designs for feasibility, coordinating with design and project teams during construction,



and ensuring timely completion of landscape projects. The role also requires regular site inspections, reporting on performance, addressing client requirements, and implementing sustainable and efficient landscape management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Management to effectively oversee day-to-day operations and long-term upkeep of exterior spaces.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Irrigation systems, including planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting to ensure healthy and sustainable plant growth.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Landscape Design and Landscape Construction to interpret plans, coordinate installation, and support project delivery.
- Relevant experience in exterior landscape operations, facilities management, or horticulture supervision, preferably in commercial or institutional environments.
- Knowledge of plant species suitable for local climate, basic horticulture practices, and sustainable landscaping methods.
- Robust leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
- Good communication and reporting skills, including the ability to document site conditions and present updates to management and clients.
- Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
