Position Title /Designation: Manager (ESD)

Education & Skilled Certification requirement: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Technology Skills

Requirement: Experience in vertical pump service in Industrial customer base. Knowledge in SAP, MS Office & other regular IT functions.

Managerial Skills Requirement: Good Communication & customer handling skill. Willingness to travel extensively to customer/project sites.

Experience Preferred: 6-8 Years

Summary /Purpose of the role:

Responsible for technical service support such as installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC & Overhauling contract of vertical pumps and associated equipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commission and overhauling VT Pumps. To attend warranty/out of warranty complaints.




- Identify root causes of pump failures and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed service reports, inspection reports, measurement records, and failure-analysis reports.
- Generate Service revenue through OH contract, AMC, Reconditioning, Reverse Engineering etc.
- Monitoring, review & development of Service Dealer network.
- Lead generation for Spares Business, Retrofitment & Replacement.
- MTTR monitoring and ensure resolution of complaints as per scheduled AOP targets.
- Training & Seminar on O&M; of pumps at client premises as and when required.
- Maintain professional relation with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
