Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Manager to oversee our residential projects within our company. As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of residential properties within the real estate portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value and appeal of the properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues and address them promptly.
- Manage budgets and financials related to property maintenance and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Work Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- 12-16 Years of experience in residential projects.
