Qualifications

- At least 5 years of FP&A; or corporate finance experience, including end-to-end ownership of recurring reporting processes
- Exposure to BPO, staffing, shared services, or employer-of-record (EOR) environments is preferred
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python is a strong advantage




- Proven success in building or significantly improving reporting and forecasting processes
- Practical proficiency with AI tools for finance automation, including Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent platforms
- CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting and Forecasting

- Manage the monthly close-to-report cycle from end to end
- Consolidate actuals, produce flash and actuals-versus-budget reports, and draft variance commentary for Director review
- Maintain and update the monthly rolling forecast model by coordinating inputs from account and vertical owners
- Prepare initial board deck and sponsor reporting sections for Director and CFO review

KPI Dashboards and Data Management

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering utilization, bench costs, attrition, revenue per FTE or seat, gross margins by account or vertical, contract renewals, net revenue retention, DSO, and cash conversion
- Manage data extracts from HRIS, payroll, and billing systems
- Validate data and reconcile results against the finance system of record
- Resolve dashboard refresh failures and data-quality issues before leadership reviews

Business Partnership





- Serve as the primary finance contact for Sales, Delivery, and Operations regarding KPI inquiries and ad hoc account-level requests
- Produce account- and vertical-level margin and contract profitability analyses
- Support pricing discussions led by the Director and CFO with accurate financial insights

Finance Automation and Documentation

- Use Copilot, Python, SQL, GPT-class assistants, and other AI-supported tools to automate recurring reporting tasks
- Build and maintain finance automations and reporting solutions
- Document all automations and processes to ensure continuity and eliminate undocumented single points of failure

Corporate Finance Support

- Prepare covenant and lender reporting data extracts and supporting schedules under the Director's guidance
