Handling statutory & internal auditor queries
Banking operations and financial coordination
GST & TDS compliance
- Working knowledge of Tally & ERP
? Financial Management & Strategy
Financial planning, analysis and management
Budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy
- Monitoring financial performance and variances
? SEBI / Companies Act / LODR Compliance
Compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations
Knowledge of ICDR, PIT, Takeover Code & RPT
Finalization of quarterly results and annual reports
Consolidated financial statements as per Ind-AS
- Presenting financial results and explaining variances to Board / Audit Committee / AGM

Candidates with solid experience in Accounts, Finance, Listed Company Compliance and Corporate Reporting will be preferred.
