We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive store expansion and business growth by identifying suitable locations, managing lease negotiations, and developing strong relationships with landlords and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and finalize recent store locations aligned with the expansion strategy.
- Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings.
- Lead rental negotiations for both new and existing stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and brokers.
- Ensure commercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential locations for future expansion.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Prior experience in retail/business development preferred.
- Prior experience in retail/business development is an added advantage.
