Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and convert them into dashboards.
- Extract, clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy.




- Automate recurring reports and MIS activities.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Power BI (Dashboard creation, DAX, Data Modeling).
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
- SQL knowledge for querying databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in MIS reporting and business analysis.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP / CRM data reporting is an added advantage.
