Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Compensation: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month. The final stipend will be based on the candidate’s profile and interview.

Role OverviewSampurna Growth Academy Private Limited is looking for a Management Intern to support its day-to-day business operations and project coordination.

The intern will work with different internal teams and assist in tracking projects, maintaining business information, coordinating activities and supporting the execution of ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day project and operational coordination
- Maintain project trackers, reports and MIS
- Track assigned tasks, timelines and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for ongoing activities
- Assist in preparing presentations and business documents
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Support the planning and execution of company programs and events
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers and external stakeholders when required




- Collect and organise feedback and operational information
- Maintain records using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Provide administrative support for assigned projects
- Report project progress and pending actions to the management team

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate or postgraduate degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and presentation tools
- Positive organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet timelines
- Willingness to learn and work across different business activities
- Comfortable working from the office in Goregaon West, Mumbai
