Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Consultant role based in Bengaluru South.

The Management

Consultant will work with enterprise clients to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design data-driven transformation roadmaps. Daily responsibilities include conducting process assessments, preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting implementation of solutions in areas such as process mining, automation, and AI.



The role involves gathering and interpreting business requirements, creating actionable recommendations, and tracking value realization and key performance metrics.

The Management

Consultant will also contribute to project documentation, stakeholder communication, and knowledge sharing within the consulting team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate business performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience, including client-facing work, problem-solving, and structured delivery of projects.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Business Process knowledge to assess processes, identify efficiency gains, and quantify impact across functional areas.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with technologies such as Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation, and AI-driven solutions, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in diverse teams, and comfort working with global stakeholders are beneficial.
- Experience in consulting for large enterprises, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations, is an advantage.
