Role: Senior Executive - Maintenance /n Work Experience: 2-4 years /n Role and Responsibilities /n 1. Validation of technical requirements related to HVAC, electrical, Civil, plumbing for the retail stores /n 2. Tracking of all budgets and expenses related to maintenance team /n 3.

Tracking of electricity consumption at stores and identification of saving potentials /n 4. Coordination with store teams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvals /n 5. Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the department /n 6.

Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store team /n 7. IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivity /n 8. Help in budget creation for the maintenance team /n 9.

MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance team /n 10. Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the store /n 11. Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement team /n Top KPI's (Ideally Measurable) for this role are /n 1.

Timely renewals of all the AMCs, timely closer of all invoices and PO /n 2. Budget tracking and monthly MIS /n 3. IOT network connectivity and whitelisting part.
