Key responsibilities:

- Inspect facilities and properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and required repairs.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and coordinate work allocation accordingly.
- Execute routine maintenance and repair work as required.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure maintenance-related issues are resolved within the required timelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance materials, tools,



and equipment.
- Assist in planning and managing maintenance-related expenses within the approved budget.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and equipment and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, materials used, and pending requirements.
- Provide timely daily updates and reports on relevant Slack and WhatsApp groups.
- Escalate major maintenance issues, delays, or additional requirements to the concerned manager.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per company quality standards.
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area after completing maintenance activities.
- Take ownership of timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks.
