Education & Background

- B.Tech or above; Mechanics, Equipment, Chemical or Welding Technology preferred.

•Should know repair of strong-corrosion equipment (fluorination reactors, PTFE-lined piping), flammable equipment (R32 compressors),



and high-temperature/high-pressure equipment (fluorination columns); combined mechanical and chemical-corrosion-control background preferred.

Experience

•Fluorochemical equipment-repair experience; solid on PTFE-lined piping, corrosion-resistant valves, and seals.

•Has led corrosion/leak repairs on strong-corrosion equipment, explosion-proof equipment repairs, and mechanical anti-corrosion rollout.

•Full-lifecycle fluorochemical equipment repair and shift management; has driven repair-cost reduction and lower failure rates.

•Fluorochemicals/fine-chemicals background preferred; knows strong-corrosion, flammable, and high-temperature/high-pressure risks plus corrosion repair, explosion-proof repair, and seal repair.

Core Competencies

•Repair skills: independently diagnoses PTFE-lined pipe perforation, reactor seal leaks, and R32 compressor mechanical faults; performs PTFE repair, corrosion-resistant coating, double mechanical seal replacement, and motor explosion-proof surface repair; leads the shift through repairs.

•Shift management: schedules and trains mechanics/apprentices; sets repair plans and KPIs to hit fault response ≤ X hours and repair completion rate ≥ Y%; addresses long repair cycles and high safety risk in fluorochemicals.

•Safety & emergency: knows LOTO, confined-space entry, and corrosion protection for fluorochemical equipment repairs; responds to corrosion leaks, R32-leak fires, and chemical burns.

•Cost control: builds shift repair budgets (corrosion-resistant spares, outsourced coating); uses domestic substitution, repair-instead-of-replace, and vendor negotiation to hit repair cost ≤ X CNY/asset.

Skills & Certifications

•Required: electrician's license (LV/HV), welder's certificate (chemical corrosion), confined-space entry.
