1 Why -Why analisys of happened B/D for root cause and countermeasure

2.Attending and diagnosis Critical Breakdown

3..Ensure updatation of PM TBM and CBM checksheets

4.Preventive maintenance of machine schedule

5.Action plan for abnormaluity during PM

6.Ensure the 100% adherence to PM

7.Creating creatical spare part list for machine group

8.Procurement of critical spare parts required for for PM ,TBM

9.Ensure the TBM carried out as per plan

10.Red Tag removing

11.Failed parts analysis and corrective action to avoid premature failure 12.Removing of unsafe condition

13.1s-2s zone audit & maintain floor discipline and maintenance room 14.Monitor implementation of kaizen, pokayoke and its sustenance 15.Impart trainings to the operators and other team members. 16.Raise the PR & Work on SAP

Qualification:

Diploma or BE

Experience :

3 years to 8 years of experience in overall Plant maintenance

Must have experience in CNC Machine & VMC Machine Maintenance
