Responsible for the full‑cycle processes of finished agricultural machinery (models including RG102, RG108, etc.), covering inbound acceptance, warehouse management and outbound dispatch. Ensure book‑to‑physical consistency and efficient inventory turnover.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end workflows for finished machine inbound acceptance, storage and outbound dispatch
- Conduct regular stock taking, ensure consistency between system records and physical inventory, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Build and maintain warehouse ledgers; accurately record model information, VIN numbers, quantities, machine conditions and storage locations
- Co‑ordinate warehouse stock and space resources, optimize bin location planning to guarantee protected storage and efficient picking & handling
- Collaborate with customs‑clearing and logistics teams for receiving,



inspection and inbound hand‑over of port‑arrived goods
- Enforce warehouse safety regulations including fire prevention, moisture proofing, theft prevention and machine unit protection

Job Requirements
- Prior working experience in warehouse management for agricultural machinery or heavy‑duty equipment
- Familiar with agricultural machinery warehouse workflows: inbound, storage and dispatch
- Competent in stock taking, ledger administration and material co‑ordination
- Capable of handling daily warehouse operations independently; able to work under heavy workload during peak seasons
- Meticulous, accountable, with good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
