Human Resources Director (HRD)

Overall responsible for establishing and operating the company’s human‑resources system. Oversee talent recruitment, team building, organizational development and overseas human‑resource administration.

Job Responsibilities

- Formulate and implement medium‑ and long‑term HR strategies; oversee full‑cycle HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with various departments to clarify manpower requirements and lead recruitment for key positions in the agricultural machinery sector.
- Proactively source high‑caliber talents via industry connections and multi‑channel approaches, and build up talent pipeline.
- Manage team building, performance appraisal and employee relations; ensure compliance of overseas human‑resource practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or related disciplines.




- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience in agricultural machinery industry with solid understanding of agricultural‑machinery talent market.
- Proven team‑management experience and valuable industry networks; capable of identifying and recruiting critical talents.
- Fluent English, adaptable to overseas work environment and cross‑cultural communication.
- Solid end‑to‑end recruitment management experience with strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess skilled certifications such as HRCI / SHRM; prior overseas HR or multinational‑company working experience.
- Familiar with HR market and labor laws & regulations in India and South Asia.
- Hands‑on OD / TD experience; previous working experience as HR Director within agricultural machinery or manufacturing industry.
