- Source and evaluate current transportation partners
- Monitor the movement of booked vehicles
- Implement cost reduction strategies
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles and goods
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Optimize the supply chain process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods
