Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate daily logistics operations. The role involves handling shipment planning, documentation, transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of logistics procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.

- Handle domestic and international shipments, including booking, scheduling, and tracking.

- Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, airway bill, bill of lading, etc.).

- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth clearance and delivery.

- Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

- Monitor logistics performance, identify delays, and take corrective action.

- Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to streamline processes.





- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and company policies.

- Prepare reports on logistics costs, delivery timelines, and performance metrics.

- Resolve any logistics-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain.

- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation management.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/logistics software.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
