We are hiring an M&A; & Transactions Professional to join our team and contribute to high-impact M&A;, IPO, capital-market and transaction-related engagements.

? Location: Mumbai

? Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience

? Key Responsibilities

- Support public listing readiness, listing preparation and capital-market transactions
- Assist with SEBI, NCLT regulations and compliance requirements
- Conduct business financial analysis and case modelling
- Support transaction planning and execution across different stages
- Assess regulatory implications and ensure adherence to applicable requirements
- Work closely with senior management, investors and key stakeholders

? Key Requirements

Candidates should have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:





- Listing support & capital-market transactions
- SEBI regulations, regulatory filings & compliance
- Due diligence, valuation & financial analysis
- Business-case modelling & transaction execution

Additionally

- Solid understanding of the Indian regulatory & capital-markets landscape
- Strong financial statement analysis and analytical skills
- Good commercial judgment and transaction understanding
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
