Banking Operations Associate Manager – Commercial Banking

nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking Operations qualified to

nmanage end-to-end Commercial Lending and Loan Servicing operations, lead large

nteams, and drive operational excellence.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns,

ndisbursements, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, fees, and payoffs.

n• Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, and

nloan servicing activities.

n• Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and

ncompliance.

n• Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office,

nAgent Banks, Borrowers,



and other parties.

n• Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operational

nefficiency.

n• Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management.

nRequirements

n• 10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.

n• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, Loan

nDocumentation & Servicing.

n• Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analytical

nskills.

n• Experience with nCino/ACBS is preferred.

n• Willingness to work night shifts and support business-critical requirements.
