?Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Gold Loan products
- Meet customers and explain gold loan services
- Assist with loan processing and documentation
- Achieve monthly targets and grow earnings
- Drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Build strong customer and banking partner relationships
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
?Eligibility:
- 1–4 years of experience in Gold Loan / Field Sales
- Strong communication and customer acquisition skills
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Local language proficiency preferred
- Gold appraisal (For Loan Manager)
