About the Role

We are looking for experienced Legal Professionals / Subject Matter Experts to contribute to the training and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves applying legal expertise to create, review, and evaluate AI-generated legal content, with a primary focus on Intellectual Property & Patent Law and Corporate & Commercial Contracts.

Prior AI/LLM experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Create complex, real-world legal prompts, scenarios, and case-based questions.
- Review AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and relevance.
- Identify factual/legal errors, hallucinations, ambiguities, and missing considerations.
- Draft and review legal content related to contracts, IP, patents, and commercial matters.
- Compare multiple AI responses and determine the strongest answer using predefined guidelines.
- Develop evaluation criteria, rubrics, and reference answers.
- Provide clear, evidence-based written feedback.
- Conduct legal research using reliable statutes, case law, regulations, and other authoritative sources.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and documentation.

- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide structured reasoning.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- LLM or other advanced legal qualification.
- Law firm, corporate legal, IP practice, or legal consulting experience.
- Patent Attorney/Agent credentials where applicable.
- Experience with legal research databases.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, AI training, or legal-tech platforms.
- Experience reviewing or quality-checking legal work.
