Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lecturer in Management & Assessment Manager at EU Global. The Lecturer in Management will design and deliver management-related modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, facilitate interactive online lectures, guide project-based learning activities, and support learners in applying theory to practical business scenarios.

The Assessment

Manager responsibilities include designing assessment frameworks, developing rubrics aligned with learning outcomes, coordinating assignment and examination processes, and ensuring fair, transparent, and timely evaluation of learner performance.



The role involves collaborating with academic leadership on curriculum enhancement, contributing to program accreditation and quality assurance, and participating in research, scholarly activities, or institutional projects as needed. The position also requires mentoring learners, providing academic advising, and supporting the development of competencies aligned with EU Global’s Career Competency Lab.

Qualifications

- Must have prior full-time academic experience in working in a recognised University of at least 5 years.
- Must be PhD or equivalent in Business Management or related area.
- Must be available full-time, remote location and to work in high pressure environment.
- Must be handy to work on Moodle and Moodle administrative tasks like content upload, feedback analysis, courses creation and review.
- Must be aware of the academic misconduct, and plagiarism and how to support learners.
- Must be able to download reports for analysis and connecting with the learners for their smooth progression.
- Must be highly organised in setting calendars, reminders, and coordinating with various Professors at an international level.
- Evidence of scholarly activity, industry engagement, or applied research in management or related fields is an advantage.
- Must be an effective presenter per MS Teams at an international level.
- Please note that this is an administrative position than a leadership position, and you must be ready to work hands-on various aspects and work everyday on Moodle.
