Requirements

- Minimum

1 year of hands-on experience in Solar PV system installation.

- Proven experience in installing

On-grid and Hybrid solar PV systems

.

- Ability to supervise, guide, and coordinate installation technicians on-site.

- Thorough knowledge and practical experience in executing installations under the

PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana

, including compliance with all applicable technical standards and installation guidelines.

- Strong understanding of safety practices, system commissioning, testing, and quality installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing,



and commissioning of Residential/Commercial on-grid and hybrid solar PV systems.

- Lead and support installation teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

- Ensure all domestic installations comply with PM Surya Ghar guidelines, relevant electrical standards, and company quality requirements.

- Coordinate with project teams to resolve in office technical issues and maintain installation documentation.
