Role Overview-

-> Shape the technical roadmap and lead full-cycle development of telehealth, e-commerce, and AI platform.

-> Combines strategic architecture, hands-on coding, and team leadership. Reports directly to the COO.

-> Lead and grow a team of engineers; own DevOps pipelines, code quality, and cross-functional delivery.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- TypeScript / Node.js — expert level, production-grade
- React — contemporary front-end development
- Microservices & cloud-native architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Docker & Kubernetes — containerization and orchestration
- CI/CD pipelines — DevOps ownership




- Scalable back-end systems design

Nice to Have

- AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, or real-time analytics
- HIPAA / GDPR compliance experience in healthcare tech
- Experience in telehealth or regulated digital health platforms
