Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization development and change initiatives.
- Design and manage performance management processes (KRAs/KPIs/OKRs).
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and career development.
- Strengthen culture, employee engagement, and values implementation.
- Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvement actions.
- Partner with business leaders on organization design and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Organisation Development or HR generalist.
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth setting preferred.
