Lead Generation Executive | Pune /n Location: Pune /n Experience: 1–4 Years /n Employment: Full-Time | Work from Office /n We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online research.

/n

- Identify and connect with key decision-makers and qualify prospects.

/n

- Send skilled emails, introductions, follow-ups, and business proposals to prospective clients.

/n

- Prepare and share draft agreements, commercial documents, and other client-related documentation as required.

/n

- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client discussions.

/n

- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep prospect/client information updated in CRM.

/n

- Research new companies, industries, and potential client segments.

/n

- Track daily lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.

- 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

/n

- Strong email drafting and client communication skills.

/n

- Good cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.

/n

- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and online research tools.

/n

- Detail-oriented and capable of preparing professional client documentation.

/n

- Target-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
