Job Summary V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Lead Generation Executive – Voice Process. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the team and report updates to the reporting manager.




- Follow company processes and business requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Candidates should have V3-level English communication skills.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages is required:
- Marathi
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Punjabi
- Tamil
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Shift Details
- Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Rotational Shifts
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift allocation will be based on business requirements.

Salary Salary will be disclosed during the interview process.
