About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Java & React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Build reusable and responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement backend business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot performance, integration, and production issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC,



and Spring Framework.
- More than 3 years of experience with React.js.
- Valuable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong SQL and database development experience.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or similar testing frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of application performance optimization and cloud-native development.

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate :

- A strong candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, with approximately 6070% backend and 30 - 40% frontend development exposure and the ability to take ownership of features end-to-end.
