About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer to work on enterprise-scale applications for a global client.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, architecture participation, cloud experience, and team mentoring .

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong Java & Spring Boot
- Hands-on React.js
- Strong Microservices & REST APIs
- Production experience with AWS
- Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture
- Robust SQL/database experience
- Git and CI/CD
- Docker/containerization
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience leading technical design, code reviews, and mentoring developers

Responsibilities





- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices .
- Design and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services.
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS .
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
- Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
