Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise-scale cloud platforms and DevOps foundations. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available Azure-based platforms, driving CI/CD adoption, Kubernetes platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end setup and operation of enterprise-scale Azure-based platform foundations.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes platforms, including cluster architecture, node pools, networking, ingress, autoscaling, workload isolation, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Define and drive enterprise CI/CD strategies for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
- Implement deployment approaches that support zero-downtime releases and operational reliability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using Bash OR Python OR Shell scripting.




- Establish infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistency, repeatability, and governance across environments.
- Design and implement observability solutions to improve platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational visibility.
- Monitor platform health, identify risks, and provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to define target-state architectures and deliver secure cloud solutions.
- Drive sprint deliverables with a strong focus on quality, stability, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platform initiatives.

Experience
- Handson experience in Azure-based cloud services and DevOps environments.
- Robust experience designing, building, and operating enterprise-grade cloud and platform solutions.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and platform reliability.
