Job Purpose As part of solution architect team, resource is required to support project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery. They coordinate with stakeholders, maintain project documentation, monitor risks and issues, and provide status updates. Their role helps improve project efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities KEY ROLES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support and lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring activities across multiple projects and programs.
- Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks, project management standards, policies, and best practices.
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, MIS, and executive summaries to senior management.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget commitments.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and leadership updates, ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and escalating critical concerns.
- Manage portfolio-level resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization to optimize project delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing PMO processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, and performance support to PMO team members and project teams.
- Ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategy, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and IT governance standards.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities to maximize project perks realization.
- Establish KPIs, track project health metrics, and provide data-driven insights to enable effective decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the PMO function and across project teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Certifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications.

Experience:

- PMO Lead: 8 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Project Governance, including team leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to IT, Digital Transformation, Banking, Financial Services, or related domains preferred.
