We're hiring a person to lead analytics for one of our sub-verticals in Life Insurance, and help us make sharper, faster, data-driven decisions.

A quick note on the role: this is a Business Analytics position, focused more on insight and decision-making than on data engineering or data science. The core of the job is looking at a number and asking "so what do we do about it?", and then owning the answer.

What you'll do

- Lead analytics for a sub-vertical, turning high-volume data into explicit insights that drive decisions on product, pricing, and operations
- Dig into the "why" behind performance and surface what's actually moving the needle
- Build and track the metrics/dashboards that give real-time visibility into business health
- Partner cross-functionally with product, tech,



and ops teams to translate insight into action
- Own the point of view : bring a recommendation to the table, not just a report

Who we're looking for

- Strongly analytical : comfortable with data, structured problem-solving, and building models to guide decisions
- 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth startup where you've turned chaos into clarity
- Sharp business instinct to match the analytical rigour : you connect numbers to outcomes
- A bias for insight over infrastructure, decisions over dashboards
- Work Location : Gurgaon (Fully work from office)
