About the founder

Amardeep Singh is an IIT Bombay alumnus & an aerospace engineer by education. He was a founding member of ideaForge - currently India’s biggest drone company & the first drone company to get listed on the Indian stock exchange.

His 16-year entrepreneurial journey is marked by a series of ambitious ventures spanning across diverse tech domains like Drones, Consumer Hardware, B2B SaaS & AI.

About this role

As a Visual & 3D Designer at Armory, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. Your work will be instrumental in communicating complex defense technology in a way that is visually striking, compelling, and easy to understand.

- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and product visualizations for our defense-tech products.
- Product Visualization: Develop photorealistic and conceptual renders that communicate product functionality and aesthetics.
- CGI & Animation: Craft cinematic CGI-based visuals, motion graphics, and animations for marketing, product presentations, and social media.
- Brand & Visual Design: Shape the visual identity of Armory, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and product packaging.
- Illustration & Graphic Design: Design compelling visuals, illustrations, and infographics that enhance brand storytelling.
- Photography & Cinematography:



Leverage your understanding of photography and cinematography to create visually striking compositions and lighting for product shoots.
- Adobe Suite Mastery: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other Adobe tools to produce high-quality design assets.

Must haves

- 5+ years of experience in illustration, product visualization, and brand design.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and CGI using software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
- Expertise in visual design, 2D/3D graphics, and brand identity development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- A deep understanding of photography and cinematography principles to enhance visual storytelling.
- Experience in defense, technology, or industrial product visualization is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from 3D renders to brand identity work.

Bonus points for

- Experience designing for hardware, FMCG, defense, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Strong understanding of materials, textures, and physics-based rendering for ultra-realistic CGI.
- Background in storyboarding, cinematography, and VFX for high-impact visual storytelling.
- Ability to create cinematic product teasers that look straight out of a high-budget defense commercial.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, AR/VR visualization, and interactive 3D experiences.
- A strong portfolio that makes us go, "Damn, we need this person on our team."

- Round 4: Culture Fitment

- Duration: 1 hour
- How to ace: Help us understand your goals & aspirations. Share some of the stories that have made you what you are. Ask good questions.

Round 5:
