InsuranceMarket.ae, is a leading insurance aggregator and brokerage service provider in the GCC, headquartered in Dubai. We deliver customer-centric insurance solutions through advanced e-commerce journeys and are now scaling our Learning & Development function to support rapid business growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused and highly AI focussed ‘Learning & Development Executives’ to support the creation and scaling of digital learning content. This is a rapid-paced, high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in multitasking environments and are passionate about AI-driven learning, content creation, and digital training experiences by developing engaging video content through our inhouse structured system using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality digital learning content, including videos, modules, and training assets as per our compliance
- Script, design, and produce training videos (audio + visual) for internal learning programs in line with Subject Matter experts in reporting with HoD – L & D
- Convert business information into structured, engaging learning journeys through AI usage and understanding the learning needs of employees in the BFSI industry
- Work extensively with AI tools and LMS platforms to build scalable learning solutions
- Collaborate with onshore Dubai teams to deliver projects within strict timelines




- Support multiple L&D; initiatives across functions (insurance, sales, customer experience, etc.)
- Continuously improve content quality, learner engagement, and delivery formats
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, productivity and accountability with a broader mindset.

Required Skills & Tools

- Hands-on experience with:

o AI tools: Hey Gen, Kling AI, Gemini (or similar)

o Learning Management Systems (TLMS)

o Google & Microsoft Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.)

- Strong capabilities in:

o English Language and communication o Good Listener o Script writing & content structuring o Video creation & editing tools o Digital learning design / instructional design •

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Strong analytical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving ability

Candidate Profile

- 0–5 years of experience in:

o Learning & Development / Instructional Design o Media / Marketing / Video Editing / Digital Content Creation o E-learning / Digital Learning Journeys
- Highly proactive, accountable, and ownership-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination ability
- Demonstrates learning agility, humility, and growth mindset

Industry Exposure (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Insurance / Banking / E-commerce / Advertising / IT
- Understanding of GCC insurance market is an added advantage
- Familiarity with customer-centric sales and digital journeys
