About The Role
Learning &
- Development (L&D;) Associate will be responsible for developing competencies and enhancing the skill sets of employees to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs across the organisation, with a focus on continuous learning, capability building, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare L&D; reports, dashboards, and evaluation summaries for training programs.
- Disseminate evaluation results and training impact reports to the L&D; Manager and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the learning intranet, online files, and learning-related content.
- Facilitate New Hire Training and Onboarding Programs, including Pre-Process and GO-Live readiness.
- Identify training needs through periodic Training Need Analysis and propose actionable plans.
- Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps.
- Conduct post-training surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Research and incorporate new training methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Team Managers to gather feedback and enhance the training experience.
- Automate training processes and build a centralised repository of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with structured learning paths for new joiners across various roles.
- Support new hires during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and transition phases.
- Deliver refresher and remedial training for tenured employees.
- Generate and maintain timely training records and reports.
- Provide ongoing floor support, coaching, and feedback to analysts.
Qualifications
- Must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in any Stream (preferably psychology/HR stream).
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Training or Facilitation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint –
- Intermediate level).
- Effective task management and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Advanced research and analytical skills.
- Experience in content design and development.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related activities.
