- Identification and operation of interconnected NM machine topics
- Onsite interaction based on self-responsibility (travel)
- Close off on life-cycle-project (site acceptance trail, list of open items etc.)
- Identification of technical issues and proactive communication to LCS sales and follow up
- Service sales activities (quote or cost estimation, purchase, confirmation, resource planning, operation)
- Consulting life cycle business
- Supportive with service invoice collection to financial department
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong communication and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a service mindset and ability to collaborate across function
